We first profiled Ishmel Lemon in May of 2013 when he was arrested on drug charges. Now he has been arrested again for 1st Degree Burglary. He and two co-defendants broke into an occupied apartment on West Chase Drive. Check the link for a detailed criminal history.
We should point out that Ishmel Lemon was free on a total of $251,000 bond on pending offenses from 2012 and the arrest in April of 2013 when he committed the 1st Degree Burglary for which he is now incarcerated. His bond on that charge was set at $75,000 by Judge Priscilla Baldwin. Well, damn, that should prevent him from committing any more crimes!
Will there be any move to revoke those previous bonds? Somehow, we doubt it.
