Antwain Champaigne & Jordan Brown

Antwain Champaigne and Jordan Jamar Brown were arrested with Ishmel Lemon on burglary charges. Champaigne also caught a gun charge for bringing a firearm with him to the burglary. Both are no strangers to the lenient judicial process in the 9th Circuit.

2006 Charges:

Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle - Pled guilty THREE years later. Sentenced by Judge Thomas "Felon's Friend" Hughston to two years, suspended in favor of two years probation. It is reported that Hughston and Champaigne both felt great leaving the courtroom that day in 2009.

2008 Charges:

Lynching 2nd Degree - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor one month before the above guilty plea.

2009 Charges:

PWID Marijuana 1st Offense - Pled down to the lesser offense of Possession of MJ by the 9th Circuit Solicitor on that same court date in 2009. Sentenced by Judge Hughston to 6 months, suspended in favor of probation. No surprises there.

Latest Charges:

Burglary 1st Degree - $50,000 bond.
Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime - $10,000 bond.

Jordan Brown's history less extensive.

2012:

Two counts of Distribution of Marijuana - Pled guilty in January of 2013 before Judge Robert Hood. Sentenced to two years, suspended to 18 months probation on each charge. Concurrent, of course.

Two counts of Distribution of MJ Near a School - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor. As usual.
