We have identified the third contraband dealer at Lee Correctional from our post yesterday. The thug using the name "Nick Counting Bandz" is actually Rodney Nicholas Titus, doing fifteen years for Armed Robbery out of Florence county. We thought he looked familiar.

Titus has been popping up and disappearing since we started going after inmates. We found him once under the name "Neno Titus" and put the link in this post where we explained to SCDC how the gang members and inmates were using those cell phones and Thugbook accounts to communicate between prisons. We found him again using the name "Nick Boss Maccin Titus". That page has since been deleted. We didn't run another post when we found that page, which tells us we referred it to someone at SCDC for special attention. The fact that the page has disappeared leads us to believe someone acted on the information.
