Well, she's in trouble again. Based on the first record below it looks like NCPD viewed the video and upgraded her charge from 3rd Degree Assault & Battery to 2nd Degree Assault & Battery. A judge set a $10,000 bond on the new charge.

Jones was also hit with a 1st Offense Possession of Oxycodone charge over the weekend. She also has a $10,000 bond on that charge.
