Summatown Mobsters

Summerville was once such a quaint little town. Now it is just like Charleston and North Charleston, a haven for gang members. We thought we would delve into a group who call themselves Summatown Mobsters. We have been told by those who know this group they are affiliate with the Bloods street gang. They are said to operate in the Boone Hill Road and Robinwyn areas.

Enjoy this little foray into the Summatown gang, through which, Kayla Grooms tells us in a comment, Don'ta will live on. We found it interesting that at least one Summatown profile disappeared from Thugbook while we were working on this post. Don't worry, though, we are sure we will catch up to "Juug Bwoy" in the future.

We will start with "Billionare Black", real name Shaquille Oneal Neat. He has also gone by the moniker "Marlo Mike" in the past, according to the data at Facebook. Neat uses the address of 431 Longleaf  Drive in Summerville. He was born in 1991, but already has a long list of arrests.

Let's check out his Thugbook page first.

In his pocket you will see what appears to be a .45 caliber Glock with a 30 round magazine. We are pretty sure Shaquille will surrender that accessory once his President succeeds in having them outlawed in all fifty states.

The word on the street is there is a lot of weight (read: narcotics) moving through Summerville. It looks like  Shaquille might be getting in on that action.

"Fuck taxes," says Shaquille. Preach on, brother. He should be careful, though. Comments like that might draw undue attention from the SC Department of Revenue or the IRS. Ha! Fat chance.

Here is another one of the Summatown crew who goes by the Thugbook name "Ridge Montanna", real name Ridge Antwain Williams of 106 Walton Place. More on him later.

Another handgun.

Another handgun.

Neat was apparently shot in Summerville in 2012. We couldn't find any other news reports. We also couldn't find any news reports on the attempted murder charge he had in 2011.

Now, on to the criminal history. Neat has been keeping Summerville PD busy.

2011 Charges:

Attempted Murder - The 1st Circuit Solicitor allowed Neat to plead to the lesser charge of 1st Degree Assault & Battery. Sentenced by Judge Maite Murphy to five years, suspended in favor of two years of probation.

Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.

As you can see, Neat's first adult involvement with the courts was for a very serious charge and the solicitor and judge allowed him to get off with virtually no punishment. It's no wonder he continued his criminal ways.

2012 Charges:

Failure to Stop for Blue Lights - Pled guilty. Sentenced by Judge Edgar Dickson to two years, suspended in favor of three years probation.

Neat's second interaction with the courts, just six months after being sentenced to two years probation, was nothing more than another joke, resulting in an additional three years of probation.

Since he was put on his five years or probation, Neat has been charged with numerous offenses. We didn't find any probation violations for him based on any of these arrests.

2013 Charges:

Criminal Domestic Violence - Pending - Free on $15,000 bond.
Petit Larceny - Guilty - Time Payment
1st Offense PWID Marijuana - Pending - Free on $5,000 bond.
Vandalism - Guilty - Fine or Jail Time
1st Offense Possession of Marijuana - Guilty - Fine or Jail
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Fine or Jail

Another thug threatening retribution goes by the name "Kenny Wynboy Baton". Thugbook has informed us his name is actually Kenyon Scott of 105 Cherry Place in Summerville.

Scott, born in 1991, has already received quite a few breaks from the 1st Circuit Solicitor, the 9th Circuit Solicitor and judges.

2009 Charges (Charleston County):

3rd Degree Assault & Battery: Pled Guilty. Sentenced by Judge Roger Young to 30 days time served.

2010 Charges (Charleston County):

Two counts of Strong Arm Robbery - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2nd Degree Lynching - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2011 Charges (Dorchester County):

Armed Robbery - Allowed to plead guilty to the lesser charge of Strong Arm Robbery by the 1st Circuit Solicitor. Sentenced by Judge Howard King to a YOA sentence not to exceed six years. He was sentenced in February of 2012. As you can see he didn't serve much time.

1st Degree Assault & Battery - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.

Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime - Allowed to plead guilty to the lesser charge of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by the 1st Circuit Solicitor. Sentenced by Judge King under YOA to a term not to exceed one year.

2013 Charges (Dorchester County):

1st Degree Burglary - Pending - Free on a $100,000 bond paid one day after he was arrested.

Back to Ridge Antwain Williams (Ridge Montanna), who was born in 1992. He just got a sweet deal from the 1st Circuit Solicitor. Williams was arrested in June of 2012 and charged with PWID Marijuana, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, and 1st Degree Assault & Battery. The 1st Circuit Solicitor dismissed the PWID and the weapon charge in exchange for a guilty plea to the assault. Judge William Seals sentenced Williams under YOA to a term not to exceed six years, suspended in favor of two-and-a-half years probation.

We suspect SPD will be seeing Ridge Williams again. Here's a photo so the rest of you in Summerville can recognize him.

Next up is "Bubby WynBoi Judge", real name Rashad Tevel Judge, born in 1991. He is said to reside at 208 Shamrock Drive.

Some of you might remember Judge from the robbery of a pizza delivery woman on Wilson Drive back in 2010. Three suspects robbed her of $19.00 and shot her in the leg. As a result of that crime Judge was charged with:

Accessory After the Fact of a Felony, Assault & Battery With Intent to Kill, Kidnapping, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, Unlawful Possession of a Pistol (or stolen pistol) and Grand Larceny.

The 1st Circuit Solicitor decided it would be easier to let Judge plead guilty to the accessory charge and drop ALL of the other charges. We bet that made the victim happy!! Judge Diane Goodstein sentenced Judge to ten years, suspended in favor of 371 days time served and five years probation.

We hate to say it folks, but based on what we are seeing here, if you are a young black male who wants to commit crimes and get away with them with no punishment, it seems Charleston/Berkeley and the 9th Circuit has been completely eclipsed by the 1st Circuit in Dorchester County. We didn't think it was possible, but after a valiant effort to NOT do their job, the 1st Circuit Solicitor's Office has surpassed Scarlett Wilson's 9th Circuit as the most ineffective.

Judge, of course, blamed the "crackaz" for his legal troubles. As we heard recently from Trayvon's fat-assed girlfriend, crackaz just don't be understanding niggaz.

Judge has a charge of Possession of Marijuana pending.

Here is what Judge looks like now. Be aware.

That should be enough reading material for now. Go grab a beer or a glass of sweet tea and take a break. We will be back soon enough.
