It seems this piece of ghetto garbage ran from police after a drug deal this afternoon. According to social media he hit another vehicle head on and then fled into the woods near Corbett's on Ladson Road. Meet Antuan Prioleau. His last known address was 7728 Corley Drive in North Charleston.

Prioleau has been arrested quite a few times in Charleston County. How many times does someone have to be charged with dealing drugs in Charleston County before the Solicitor and your judges take it seriously? Apparently, a hell of a lot. You'll see.

1997 Charges:

Possession of Crack Cocaine - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

1993 Charges:

Possession of Crack Cocaine - Pled guilty before Judge Victor Rawl. Sentenced to one year probation.
Distribution of Crack Near a School - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.
Breach of Trust Motor Vehicle - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

1999 Charges:

Driving Under Suspension 2nd Offense - Pled guilty before Judge Luke Brown. Sentenced to 60 days time served. The bond record shows Prioleau was released on a PR bond one day after being arrested. He did not serve 60 days on this charge.

PWID Cocaine - Pled guilty. Sentenced under YOA to "not to exceed legal years". Way to go, Judge! Given credit for 101 days served in jail. A review of the bond record shows Prioleau was given a PR bond the same day he was arrested. He did not serve 101 days on this charge.

Distribution of Crack Near a School - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2000 Charges:

Probation Violation

2001 Charges:

Distribution of Cocaine - the 9th Circuit Solicitor allowed Prioleau to plead guilty to the lesser charge of Possession of Cocaine before Judge Victor Rawl. Sentence - two years suspended in favor of 18 months probation. Credit for 124 days time served. The bond record shows Prioleau bonded out of jail after serving 20 days on this charge - not 124.

PWID Crack Near a School - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2002 Charges:

Distribution of Crack Cocaine - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

Distribution of Cocaine Near a School - Pled guilty before Judge Victor Rawl. Sentence -  10 years suspended in favor of 18 months probation. We ask: Why even bother?

PWID Cocaine - Pled guilty - Same ridiculous sentence as above.

2004 Charges:

2nd Offense Possession of Crack Cocaine - Pled guilty before Judge Daniel Pieper. Sentence - two years.

2005 Charges:

CSC with a Minor Under 16 - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2006 Charges:

TWO more counts of 2nd Offense Possession of Crack - Pled guilty before Judge Daniel Pieper. Sentence - two years for each - concurrent of course.

Probation Violation

2010 Charges:

Criminal Domestic Violent 1st Offense - Failed to appear a bench warrant was issued.
Criminal Domestic Violence 2nd Offense - Sent back to magistrates court by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2012 Charges:

Habitual Traffic Offender (felony) - Pending - Free on $5,000 bond set by Judge Baldwin.
Criminal Domestic Violence 3rd Offense - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

Why even bother to hunt him down and arrest him? The 9th Circuit Solicitor and the judges will ensure he do any time. If the offense occurred in Dorchester County we doubt the result will be much different. Dorchester County had a swing at Prioleau in 2011 when he was arrested for another charge of Habitual Offender. The 1st Circuit Solicitor dismissed it.
