Say What?

Every once in a while we like to kick back and take a break from digging through criminal histories and deciphering hoodrat babble. When we do, we enjoy checking out what thugs and thug supporters are saying. We usually end up laughing our asses off and today was no exception.

"Shakylah KamyahMommyBurns" had this to say:

We aren't cold-hearted, Shakylah, we are just realists. Good thugs are those who are dead or incarcerated. It's a fact of life. Now, if we were doing a blog called "Charleston Hug Life" you might expect to see some unicorns and rainbows once in a while.

"Destiny Taylor" lets her feelings be known about the white people at WCSC News. Maybe now they can get past their "white guilt" so they can stop covering for the thugs and actually report some news.

*TEAM LEVVY* seems to be down a man, right now, Destiny.

"Yvonne Haynes" tries the "cry racist" tactic in our next submission. Still doesn't work, Yvonne. We point out negative things about "people". Unfortunately, a vast portion of the gang activity and violent crime in the Lowcountry (indeed, the nation) is being committed by young black males right now.

Oh, just to be fair, we checked with every member of the team, light and dark, and none of us know of a single African-American ever being profiled on CTL.

Oh, wait.....you  probably mean "African-American" as in those with dark skin who claim the "African" part when it suits them, believing magic pixie dust will rain down and give them shit, but don't know a damn thing about Africa and very little about America.

You seem like a fairly literate person who might have some critical thinking skills if you can ever get past the tendency to immediately throw down the race card. Once again, the racism ingrained in YOU is apparent as you erroneously assume we are all white. No matter how many times we point out the truth of the matter your racist training regimen won't allow you to accept it. Continuing to support these criminals, either actively or by trying to hide the conduct that brought them to the grave or to the cell block, only serves to propagate their behavior in successive generations.

Once again, we must point out the blog title, Charleston THUG Life. There aren't a lot of positive things to point out about thugs.

As for Kareem, we searched our posts for Kareem Jones, Lilreeny Jones, Lilweenie Jones, etc. and didn't find one with his name in it. Does claiming an appearance on CTL give you status (lev) in the hood now?

This next post, originated by "Tasha Monique" is just full of interesting assumptions. Yes, we love to see thugs removed from our community, Tasha. If death is required to achieve that goal, so be it. It is especially helpful and quite gratifying to the decent folks in society when thugs self-terminate. Then we get a warm and fuzzy feeling thinking about bad embalming jobs, leaky burial vaults, improperly sealed coffins and extreme maggot infestations. Hey, everyone has fantasies, right?

Tasha's friend "Phillip LivebyDieby HamWeezy" thinks we are the police. Phillip Andrew Ham attended and played basketball for Goose Creek High a few years ago. Looking at him makes that Springsteen song "Glory Days" stick in our head. Note to Phillip - it's over, bud. He spends his time on Thugbook trying to type gangsta, but he doesn't really pull it off. Some of his posts and photos lead us to believe he does enjoy the weed a bit too much, but other than that, and listening to someone called Taking a Whiz Kalifa, he seems fairly normal.

We shouldn't riff on Phillip because he likes to fish and hunt just like us, but there is something not quite right about a tall, skinny, goofy looking white boy trying to hand out pearls of wisdom with the notation "Real Nigga Shit" at the end. Good for a laugh, though!!

"Jason Stewie Devoe" is another who thinks it is a good idea to hide the contributing behaviors which led to a thug achieving Dead Right There status. He thinks thugs should be given their due respect. Well, Jason, that's exactly what we give them - the level of respect they are due.

Thanks for noticing our efforts, LeZig. We do try our best to cushion the harsh realities of drug dealing, assault and murder with a little humor. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. Too bad George Carlin is taking a dirt nap or we could ask him for some tips. Oh well, there's always Chris Rock if we get in a bind!
