It isn't every day you get a "two-fer", but it seems we have two thugs who have assumed Dead Right There status as a direct result of their illegal behavior. Both were affiliated with a local gang of thugs who call themselves "ABM". This may be a reference to yet another of those rap "entertainment labels". At least two members of the crew attended Fort Dorchester High School.
Here is what the "news" won't tell you - and they have a lot more people to do the research than we do. They prefer to tell you only that "two teenagers" died. Hogwash.
Patrick Jayquan Graham, aka "Patrick King Levvy Graham", and Martin Jerome Pinckney, aka "N.o. Savage" assumed room temperature when they were ejected from a stolen vehicle driven, and crashed, by Shaylynn Capers. One of the two dead men was found with a stolen firearm in his waistband. Additional stolen guns and other stolen merchandise were found in the vehicle. Some of the items had been stolen in burglaries of homes in Hanahan. Jimarie Travis Whitehead, aka "Jamarrie Tu Phreash", was found wandering nearby and was also arrested. As you can see, he can't even spell his own first name.
We are pretty sure Whitehead's defense will be "I dint do nuffin!" Unfortunately for him the cops could see the injuries he had sustained from the crash. And then he used his Thugbook page to shoot down his own claim. Yes, he's already out of jail. The Berkeley county clerk of court isn't quite as efficient as the one in Charleston county when it comes to keeping the database up to date, so we don't know Whitehead's exact charges or bond amount just yet.
More from Whitehead's page.
We wonder if he bought this for his sweetie Patrick Graham or if he stole it with him.
Wonder if he's still employed after this incident. Anyone recognize the logo?
Whitehead, of 8213 Continental Court in Windsor Hill, is apparently such an asshole it appears his own parents sued him.
Whitehead is also supposed to be a registered sex offender. According to the SLED database, he has still not registered. In 2012 he was charged with failing to register and spent an hour or two in jail until a bond judge in Dorchester county gave him a $1,000 personal recognizance bond. We won't even get into the bond issue right now. A judge found him guilty for failing to register and sentenced him to the few hours he had already served.
NOTE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT - he failed to register - again.
Let's look at the rest of Whitehead's criminal history.
1st Degree Burglary - Pled guilty before Judge Diane Goodstein. Sentenced under the YOA to a term not to exceed five years, shock incarceration. Served about 90 days.
3rd Degree Burglary - Same as above.
2012 Charges:
Petit Larceny - Dismissed either by the officer of the business.
Escape - Dismissed at preliminary hearing.
Resisting Arrest - Pled guilty. Judge Goodstein sentenced him to 72 days time served.
The word is seventeen year old Shaylynn Nichole Capers has a warrant out of Dorchester county. It will take us a few weeks to find out what that is for because that clerk of court is miserably slow when it comes to data entry. We found no criminal history for her in Charleston/Berkeley/Dorchester. Fact of the matter is, she was driving a stolen car, full of thugs, stolen guns and property and apparently wasn't thinking about the one or two year old kid she features on her thugbook page.
We also struck out on a criminal history for Martin Pinckney. We haven't seen any "RIP my nigga" posts for him on Thugbook. He apparently wasn't as popular as Patrick Graham. That might have to do with the fact he was from New Orleans. We search New Orleans as well as the local databases and found only a speeding ticket for Pinckney. Here is a quote from his "about" page:
Really?
It looks like he worked with Whitehead.
The Thugbook page of Patrick Graham is rather benign. He prefers to keep his thuggin' on the streets and not on Thugbook.
In spite of his boring Thugbook page and all the nice messages from his friends commenting on his death, Graham, of 8332 Loggers Run in the Windsor Hill subdivision, is not a nice guy. His case gave us a chance to review the performance of the 1st Circuit Solicitor's Office. Guess what? They failed. We are pretty sure Scarlett Wilson will appreciation the brief respite, though.
2010 Charges:
Note: We have been informed these offenses may have occurred on the campus of Fort Dorchester High School.
Armed Robbery - allowed to plead guilty to the reduced charge of Robbery by the 1st Circuit Solicitor. The record doesn't include the name of the judge, but Graham was sentenced under the YOA to a term not exceed six years, shock incarceration. This means he served about 90 days.
Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
Carrying a Weapon on School Property - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
2011 Charges (Charleston County):
1st Offense Possession of Cocaine - dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.
2012 Charges:
Armed Robbery and 2nd Degree Burglary - both charges dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
This backs up the information we have received from officers in Dorchester county indicating the 1st Circuit Solicitor is probably worse than the 9th Circuit Solicitor. Maybe we should take it easy on them today, though. Through their inaction, a young thug who was on his way to becoming yet another violent repeat offender is now becoming worm food. Silver linings and all that rot, you know.
We just love the comment on this post:
Yeah, who would have thought a thug would die a thug death? Just. Amazing.
