A reader sent us these screen caps of some of the local thug community discussing bond hearing judge Linda Lombard. You would think she would have better sense than to frequent a convenience store in the hood, where so many of the guests in her courtroom live.
This exchange does some provide some insight into how the thugs lie to bond judges and game the system. Apparently they can tell Lombard a sob story and she takes pity on them. Now you see why she was handing out all those low bonds we exposed throughout the past year.
We do have to point out our belief that Judge Lombard has taken the ire of the community to heart as her bonds in recent months have been improving. If nothing else, this post should show Lombard how these thugs take advantage of her and exactly what they think of her low bonds.
Let's use Ti'Niqua Grant as an example since she likes to brag about how she received a get out of jail free card from Judge Lombard. In July of 2011 NCPD locked her up for 2nd Degree Burglary. Grant fed Lombard the line of shit she details above and the judge gave her a $20,000 Personal Recognizance bond.
Further examination of the record shows Grant failed to appear in and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest on 20 April, 2012. Based on the record, that bench warrant is still pending. That admission of guilt up there should at least help the 9th Circuit Solicitor to prosecute the case whenever they do get Grant to court.
Any officer looking to serve that warrant might want to start at the address she was using when Rent-A-Center sued her for non-payment earlier this year - 1005 Buist Avenue, apartment 26.
We also decided we would try to help out the 9th Circuit Solicitor on another case. Note the comments above from Isabella Cashingout Jones. Her real name is Tamaiya Victoria Tashie Planter. She also admits guilt.
Planter was arrested by NCPD in November of 2012 and charged with Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent, $2,000 to $10,000. That charge is usually levied against someone who stole money or merchandise from an employer.
She told Judge Lombard her sad story and was given a $10,000 PR bond. Planter has a 2nd appearance court date coming up on 5 April. Might as well plead guilty then since she admitted her guilt for the entire world to see.
There you have it, Judge. Love notes from your fans.
