We first profiled Jimmy Darrell Gagum, Jr. back in January of 2013. That didn't slow him down, though. Gagum, a known member of the Gangster Disciple street gang, was arrested in Horry county for murder after shooting his victim in the head multiple times then setting the victim and his car on fire. The 15th Circuit Solicitor pled his murder charge down to a Voluntary Manslaughter. Can you believe that? Gagum caught a seventeen year sentence to be served at Lee Correctional Institution.
