2003 Charges (Dorchester County):
B&E Motor Vehicle - Pled guilty before Judge Diane Goodstein. Sentenced to three years.
Grand Larceny - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
Assault & Battery With Intent to Kill - Pled guilty. Sentenced by Judge Goodstein to five years, suspended in favor of shock incarceration.

PWID Marijuana - Pled guilty before Judge Roger Couch. Sentenced to 21 days time served.
Possession of Cocaine - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

Notice there is not a single probation violation for any of these arrest which occurred while he was on probation.
