B&E Motor Vehicle - Pled Guilty. Sentenced by Judge Thomas "Felon's Friend" Hughston under YOA to 1-5 years, suspended in favor of two years probation.

Grand Larceny - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.






2003 Charges (Dorchester County):

B&E Motor Vehicle - Pled guilty before Judge Diane Goodstein. Sentenced to three years.
Grand Larceny - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
Assault & Battery With Intent to Kill - Pled guilty. Sentenced by Judge Goodstein to five years, suspended in favor of shock incarceration.






2005 Charges (Charleston County):

PWID Marijuana - Pled guilty before Judge Roger Couch. Sentenced to 21 days time served.
Possession of Cocaine - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.






 2010 Charges (Dorchester County):

Forgery - Pled guilty before Judge Dian Goodstein. Sentenced to six months.





Notice there is not a single probation violation for any of these arrest which occurred while he was on probation. At least the 1st Circuit Solicitor managed to get some convictions on rather serious offenses, unlike the 9th Circuit Solicitor who traded a cocaine charge for a 21 day time served sentence on a marijuana conviction.
